Product Description
This is a 10 round detachable magazine for Remington 700 Rifles with the Archangel AA700 Series Precision Rifle Stock, suitable for all Remington 700 short-actions using .308 Winchester/7.62 NATO, or calibers based on this cartridge.
The magazine body is formed from steel and then heat-treated and given a black-oxide finish for high durability and excellent corrosion resistance.
A double-stack magazine with a center feed-point, the magazine also utilizes a molded Mil-Spec polymer follower for ease of feeding, and a heat-treated Chrome-silicon wire spring for reliable feeding and function.

The magazine is well made and very functional. However, the lips are rough and scratch the brass when chambering. The lips had to be ground and polished. A different design or process to smooth them out should be developed. I received one (1) magazine when I bought a Archangle Stock and purchased two (2) more later. They were all the same and had to be ground and polished.
